A: Please login to your account with us. Click on “Your Profile” icon section on the Main Menu to login to your account. Once you Login, click on “Order Status”. We also send you an email once your order is shipped with all relevant tracking information.

A: We offer site-wide free shipping in India.

A: We have partnered  with Shiprocket for our logistic requirement. They in turn use services of various 3rdparties depending on the Pin Code of delivery to ensure you get the products delivered in the fastest time possible.

A: Yes, we can expedite your shipping at an additional charge of Rs. 150/- for next day shipping and Rs. 100/- for 2 days shipping.

A: We dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please expect your order within 5-7 days for Standard delivery.

A: We accept all major debit and credit cards. You can also pay via net banking.  We also accept payment via all major Wallets and UPI. We also have COD (cash on delivery) facility.

A: GST rate of 18% is included in the price of the product. This is the mandatory tax to be paid to the government on our category of products  and is included in the price at the time of checkout.

A: Yes 100%,all invoices are issued as per the current prevailing rules and regulations.

B: Returns/Exchange

A: We have a “No questions asked money back guarantee” if you are unsatisfied with our product. We believe we have put in our 100% to delight you with products that are good for you and the planet, however, if you are unsatisfied with our product, we offer you a 100% refund. Just write to us on orders@klyntra.com and we will initiate the Return procedure for your order.

Since we operate in the hygiene products segment we expect you to return the product in proper condition and with min.7 tablets intact. The money is credited to your account in 7 working days from the date the product passes our inspection. Please refer our Returns & Exchange policy for more details.

A: We take utmost care that you receive products in good condition.  Please accept the delivery only in sealed condition from our delivery partners. If however, you still received a damaged product please send us the pictures and write to us on feedback@klyntra.com or call us on +91 9049782333 and we will issue you a replacement and get the defective piece re-collected for inspection.

A: You can set up an account using your mobile number or a valid email-id. Please use the Sign-Up tab to register.

A. Email-id/Mobile number is mandatory to set up your account with us. It brings in an ease-of-use and helps in resetting your password and also helps to receive communication with regards your order placed. However, you can even checkout as a guest too.

E: More About Our Products, Starter Kits and Refills

A: Our products are manufactured using non-toxic plant-based ingredients.  Our products are free of SLS, SLES, Parabens, Toxins, Triclosan etc. We do not use any ingredients that are banned/un-safe for use in Cosmetics. We take utmost care that all rules & regulations are 100% followed in the manufacturing process too.

A: Our products are formulated without any toxic ingredients & VOCs. However we all have different skin types and skin sensitivity. And our products being Natural we highly recommend you do a patch test on the wrist to check for any reactions. We highly recommend you to do this before using any new products.

A: Yes, since our products are made using natural plant-based ingredients and since you also need to fill water at home to make the products, we need to add preservatives to avoid development of harmful microorganisms & bacteria and maintain shelf life of the product while-in-use. However we only use safe preservatives that are generally found in majority food products/cosmetics and suit all skin-types.

We also mention why we are using those particular ingredients in the formulation. Our packaging also has the name of the ingredients used. We like to be transparent with our consumers.

Tap water may be hard water which doesn’t give great foaming. Further since they are hygiene products, its best to use drinking water and avoid impurities present in tap water.

A: We strongly believe in and support this cause. Our products & ingredients have not been tested on animals. We ensure this ethos is followed strictly in the entire supply chain of Klyntra.

A: Yes, all our products are pH balanced. Any product that comes in contact with your skin always affects the pH, therefore it is important to use pH balancing skincare products to ensure it stays in the appropriate levels. The longer your skin's pH is imbalanced, the longer your skin is exposed to environmental stressors and bad bacteria.

A: Yes all our products and their ingredients are Vegan-Friendly.

A: Our products are designed without VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds) and using ingredients that are gentle on the skin. All our products are safe to use around kids and pets. However, we highly recommend you to do a patch test before using any new products.

A: We recommend you buy only refills if you have the FOAM dispensing bottle, be it of our brand or any other brand. Some of our products are foam based and need a specialised foam pump for dispensing.They do not dispense in regular gel-based pumps. Our products can dispense well in any foam pump with 40mm or bigger neck size.  If you by-chance bought our refill and it does not work with any of your existing bottles please store the liquid and buy our starter kit bottle. Once you get the same, transfer the liquid to this bottle and you can use the product.

A: Simple, break the tablet into 2 and put it inside. The efficiency of the product remains the same. However, do check whether your product requires a foam dispensing pump.

A: Yes, Yes and simply Yes! We want our consumers to reuse the bottles several times. Even if the sticker comes out, the bottles can be used for long. But do clean the bottle before you refil again.

A: All our Product refill tubes come with a functional desiccant cap (with silica: for absorbing moisture) and the tube mandatorily needs to be capped immediately as soon as you take out one tablet for current use. If you fail to do so, the product will catch moisture and will be of no use, besides also damaging the remaining tablets in the tube.

A: Refill tubes needs to be stored in a cool, clean and dry place away from direct sunlight.

A: You need to immediately transfer the Tablet in a dispensing bottle filled with water, else the Tablets being effervescent, will catch moisture immediately.

F: Packaging

A: Yes our Dispensing Bottle’s, Refill tubes & Outer Packaging are 100% Recyclable. We also have a Re-use before Recycle initiative for our Refill tubes. We believe in minimal and impactful packaging for all our products keeping in mind product safety.

A: Reducing your plastic footprint is the first step you have already taken by using Klyntra Products.

Product Packaging in our industry are usually made of either paper, plastic or Aluminium. Everything needs energy and there is carbon emission in packaging production process for all. Some Brands claim Paper pouches as environment-friendly, but these are often multi-lined with a layer of plastic.  These are in fact more dangerous, as they are harder to segregate and don’t bio-degrade, usually ending up at landfills.

We as a brand are committed to – “use plastic responsibly”.  We are coming up with a range of products, and a unique circularity initiative. If you collect 10 of our Tubes we will arrange to collect it back from you, re-use it multiple times, before sending it for responsible recycling once the packaging is no longer usable. We are also working on 100% compostable tubes and Aluminium alternatives to increase the re-usability of these packaging parts.
